10.8.2.1.4 Mandatory template names
Make sure each notification message template in the NotifyTemplates.xml file has one of these
mandatory names:
[Format]-correlation-infoheader
This is the template of the base Alarm section’s header in the notification message sent as a result of a
triggered correlation rule.
[Format]-correlation-infoitem
This is the template of a base Alarm item in the base Alarm section of the notification message sent as a
result of a triggered correlation rule.
[Format]-correlation-infofooter
This is the template of the base Alarm section’s footer in the notification message sent as a result of a
triggered correlation rule.
[Format]-notifications
This is the template of the notification message sent independently (not as a result of a triggered
correlation rule).
10.8.2.1.4.1 Template name formats
Template names have two or three parts separated by hyphens. The first part, or prefix, is the format of
the template.
Examples:
[Format]-name
[Format]-correlation-name
In the template names, replace [Format] with one of these words:
• text - Email message containing plain text
• html - Email message containing HTML
