2.17 ATO Switch from command mode to data mode

ATO is the alternative command to the +++ escape sequence described in Chap-
ter 2.2: When you have established a data call and TA is in command mode, ATO
causes the TA to resume the data connection and return to data mode.
If connection is not successfully resumed
NO CARRIER
or
TA returns to data mode from command mode
CONNECT <text>
Note: <text> output only if +ATX parameter setting with value > 0.
