This section contains error messages and troubleshooting information for
IP Phone operation.

When a login is attempted and one of the messages provided in

Table 26

"Normal Operation troubleshooting" (page 349)

through

Table 28 "Branch

User Config troubleshooting" (page 351)

appears on the telephone display,

there can be more than one reason.

u command in LD 32 to show the reason why
the Branch User stays in Local Mode.

IP address unreachable
from this endpoint.

Check network configuration and update as
required.

NCS port number is not
