Values

Actions

Disable Processor Freeze

Turns off the Freeze Enable flag on this processor. A freeze-disabled processor both:

Participates in a system freeze only when the processor itself halts

Is unaffected when any other processor halts or the system Freeze action is performed

Halt

Terminates all processes running on this processor. Halting a processor does not affect any other
processors in the system.

Caution: Halting a processor might result in unrecoverable loss of data. Use the Halt action only

to prepare for reloading the processor or for performing a memory dump.

Hard Reset

The Hard Reset action stops the processor and terminates all processes running on it. Places the
processor in a known state, ready for a Prime for Reload action or Load action.

Caution: Use the Hard Reset action only when the Reset action fails. Use of Hard Reset action

will erase register information, rendering a memory dump useless.
