Troubleshooting
6.1 Troubleshooting Guide
If STM-2XM does not function as expected, or appears to have diminished
performance (see
Table 6-1 ). Additional troubleshooting information can be found
in the operating manuals for sensors. If the problem cannot be resolved, contact
INFICON (refer to
section 1.3, How To Contact INFICON, on page 1-5 ).
CAUTION
There are no user serviceable components within the
STM-2XM case.
Refer all maintenance to qualified personnel.
