Example 5: Configure the
1747-SCNR Scanner with
the 1794-IE4XOE2 Analog
Combo Module The following example discusses how to configure the 1747-SCNR
scanner with the 1794-IE4XOE2 analog combo module.
Hardware Setup
The hardware setup for this examples includes a computer with
RSLogix500, RSLinx, RSNetWorx for ControlNet software, and a
1784-KTCX15 interface card. The chassis configuration includes a
1794-ACNR15 module, a 1794-IB16 module in slot 0, 1794-OB16
module in slot 1, and 1794-IE4XOE2 module in slot 2.
Configure the ControlNet Network with RSNetWorx
for ControlNet Software
Follow the procedure below to configure the ControlNet network
using RSNetWorx for ControlNet software.
1 . Start RSNetWorx for ControlNet software by double-clicking its
icon.
