You see the following window.
By default, outputs in all slots in the remote chassis are reset if
the processor is placed into the Program mode or if
communications is lost for any reason. Two other choices are
offered:
• Hold Last State - all outputs remain in their last state if one of the
two conditions occur
• Safe State - lets you to choose the state of each output
If Safe State is selected, you must click the Configuration Settings
tab and enter your Safe State data for each output word in
decimal. Then, whenever the SLC processor is placed into the
Program Mode or if communications is lost to the 1747-ACNR15
adapter, the outputs revert to the Safe State data you entered for
each output word.
b. Click APPLY.
c. Click OK to return to the Scanlist Configuration screen.
