Use a timer to re-enable the module after a 4
seconds delay.

If the module in slot 3 is not enabled, no access to
the module is allowed
Enable the module 4 seconds after the reset
bit has been set.
During a reset operation, use a TND or any
other instruction to avoid executing all
instructions that access the module.
