You can program NC blocks that contain only variable calculations (see
figure at right).
Press "Program variable function."
Select "Assignment (#)."
Enter the variable number.
Transfer the variable number.
Enter the mathematical expression:
Mathematical function
or
Select the Calculating operation (see figure to the
lower right).
Transfer the variable/variable calculation as address
parameter.
The mathematical expression is calculated during the translation
(interpretation). The result is assigned to the variable.
You can use both "Mathematical functions" and "Calculating
operations" in the same mathematical expression. The mathematical
functions are arranged on two menu levels. To switch to the next
menu level, press ">>."
The following rules apply:
Multiplication/division before addition/subtraction
You can form up to six levels, using brackets.
