Compositing With the MultiPlane Node

One useful application of this parameter is to offset a layer’s center point, then use layer
rotation to control layer position, even though faceCamera is turned on. In the
following example, an image of a planet is arranged to the right of an image of the sun.
The planet layer’s center point is offset to the left to match the center of the sun layer.

The arrangement in the Camera pane looks like this:

Rotating the planet layer’s yAngle parameter (corresponding to the green axis arrow)
now moves the planet layer around the sun layer, so that it appears to orbit about the
sun. By default, the 2D planet layer thins out as it approaches the camera. Setting
faceCamera to Camera1 results in the planet layer rotating to face the camera as it
moves around the sun.
