This is the same as Script 5, except the Screen is replaced with the Relief macro, found in
doc/html/cook/macros. The script does not open without the Relief macro. The affect
parameter of Relief is set to image 2.

This is the same as Script 6, but the result is fed back over the motion-blurred text.
