6.6.9 Periodic counting: Main counting direction - counting down
Function:
 The counter starts counting down from the start value.
 If the counter reaches the final value +1 in the negative direction, it jumps to the start
value with the next negative count pulse and continues counting from there.
 The counter is able to continue counting above the upper counting limit value.
