2. The Water Source Setup option should be highlighted. If it is not highlighted, press the  or

button to highlight it, and then press the OK button. The Water Source Setup screen

displays.

3. Press the  button to highlight the water source that you want to set the pipe fill time for,

and then press the OK button. The Flow Setup menu for that water source displays.

4. Press the  or  button to highlight the Flow Management option, and then press the OK

button. The Flow Management menu displays.

5. Press the  button to highlight the Pipe Fill Time option, and then press the OK button. The

Pipe Fill Time screen displays.

6. In the Fill Time field, press the + or button to change the number. The Fill Time value is the

number of minutes that it takes to fill the empty line, activate the valve, and reach a steady

state operating pressure. The fill time is used for each zone during the learn flow cycle.

Note: Press and hold the + button or the button to rapidly increase or decrease the number

in the field.

Enabling or Disabling a Water Source

By default, the BaseStation 1000 enables all connected water sources. You can disable a water

source as needed and then re-enable it at another time. If you disable a water source, programs

associated with that water source will still try to run, but no water will be available.

1. Press the Flow Setup button. The Flow Setup menu displays.

2. The Water Source Setup option should be highlighted. If it is not highlighted, press the  or

button to highlight it, and then press the OK button. The Water Source Setup screen

displays.

3. Press the  button to highlight the water source that you want to enable or disable, and then

press the OK button. The Flow Setup menu for that water source displays.

4. Press the  or  button to highlight the Enable/Disable option, and then press the OK

button. The Enable/Disable screen displays.

5. Perform one of the following actions in the Enabled field:

If the water source is currently enabled, a checkmark displays in the Enabled field. Press

the + or button to remove the checkmark.

If the water source is currently disabled, there is no checkmark in the Enabled field.

Press the + or button to replace the checkmark.
