Purge Screen
The Purge Utility Purge screen allows you to delete records that are no longer needed in
the database.
How to Get Here
Admin->Utilities->Purge->Purge Radio Button
Field Descriptions
Data to Purge
Select which record types you wish to delete.
Invoiced Transactions When checked, invoices within the
selected date range along with their
attached charge transactions and the
receipts that have been applied to them
will be deleted. In addition, voided
transactions and cash transactions
within the date range will be deleted.
