Transactions Started By

Unattended transactions can be started by any of the following methods:

Truck

Start by entering or swiping a badge id. The
truck must be present in the database.

Truck In / Loop Out

Start by entering any badge id. The truck does
not have to in the database (transient). After
completing the weigh-in process, the driver
will be assigned a loop number which is the
same as the ticket number. When the truck
drives back on the scale to weigh out, the
driver can start the weigh-out process by
either entering the same badge id or the loop
number.

Job / Order and Truck

Start by entering a job number and a badge id.
The job and truck must be present in the
database.

Prompt List

The driver can be prompted for up to thirteen pieces of information, besides the badge id,
in an unattended transaction. These include: bill-to account, job, 2nd tared vehicle id
(trailer, container, etc), 3rd tared vehicle id, material, four user defined categories, price
table and five user defined note fields. The prompts can occur on the weigh in, weigh out
or both sides of the transaction.

Double click on the list entry to toggle the prompt status from In to Out to Both to Off.
Prompt status is Disabled for user category tables, tared vehicle types and note fields that
haven't been enabled.

Up, Down Buttons

Click these buttons to move the selected prompt up or down in the list. The list order
determines the order the prompts are seen by the truck driver.
