can be used when other stations are
sharing a common database and
updating these tables while weigh
transactions are being processed.
Refresh Open Ticket List The open ticket list can be
automatically refreshed. This feature is
used when multiple weigh stations are
processing transactions and sharing a
common database. After the refresh,
the open ticket list will show open
transactions from all stations.
Run Command 1, 2, 3 Another program can be automatically
invoked. For example, an accounting
program may generate a list of orders
that need to be imported into the
job/order table. You can set this event
to automatically detect this list and run
the import/export utility.
Copy Database Generate a copy of the database. The
database is placed in the folder defined
by the default backup path and is
named "bummddyy.mdb" where
mmddyy is the current month, day and
year.
Copy Database then Run
Command Generate a copy of the database then
run the specified command. (See Run
Command above.)
Frequency
This drop down allows you to choose how often the task is triggered. Your choices are:
Off The task is never triggered.
On Timed Interval The task is triggered on a selectable timed interval.
On Demand The task is triggered by the existence of a file.
After Each Ticket The task is triggered after every completed ticket.
