Setting Windows Default Printer 


1. Before viewing any reports, minimize Transact.

2. Select Start | Settings | Printers.

3. The Printers window appears.

4. The default printer is indicated by a check mark. To select a different default

printer, use the mouse to RIGHT click on the printer you wish to select as your
default printer.

5. Select Set As Default from the drop-down menu. In most cases the check mark

will not move to the newly selected printer until the Printers window is
reactivated.
