The following links will be useful when editing tickets.

Ticket Creation Rules
Database Keyword Fields and Flags for Tickets

Unattended Ticket Format (UTK)

The UTK extension is used when a scale system prints attended and unattended
transactions to different printers that require different ticket formats. For example, charge
accounts are allowed to use an unattended controller to enter data and receive a printed
ticket at the controller. The same scale is used in attended mode to process cash
transactions. The cash ticket is not printed at the scale, but instead, is printed on a
different printer in the office. The customer is required to go to the office to pay for the
transaction and get a copy of the ticket.

When in unattended mode the program looks at the default ticket file name (e.g.
STILLSON.GTK) and searches for a matching file name with a UTK extension (e.g.
STILLSON.UTK) in the application folder (C:\Program Files\AWS\Transact\Tickets). If
found, the program will use the UTK file and print to the unattended printer. In attended
mode the program will use the file with the GTK extension and print to the attended
printer. The format of each file can be different to accommodate the different types of
printers and different paper sizes.

To use the UPDTARE.GKT file at an unattended controller, make a copy of the file and
rename it to UPDTARE.UTK. Make certain the UPDTARE.UTK file contains the correct
printer commands for the printer installed on the unattended controller.

Incoming Ticket Formats (ITK and WTK)

An incoming ticket can be printed in attended and unattended modes by turning on the
Print Incoming Ticket feature in the Weigh Options section of the Weigh form.

By default, the program will use the GTK ticket file to print the incoming ticket. To print
a different incoming ticket, create a ticket file with either an ITK or WTK extension
(body name must match the GTK ticket). Attended incoming tickets use the ITK (e.g.
STILLSON.ITK) ticket format and unattended incoming tickets use the WTK (i.e.
STILLSON.WTK) ticket format. These ticket format files must be stored in the
application folder, typically C:\Program Files\AWS\Transact\Tickets.

The ticket will print on the same printer as the outgoing ticket. The layout of each ticket
can be entirely different.
