Mismatches can be resolved in one of three ways:
Add the QuickBooks customer to Transact
Add the Transact customer to QuickBooks
Force a match between QuickBooks and Transact customers by modifying the Transact
customer account name.
Add New Transact Customer
To add a QuickBooks customer to Transact, select a customer from the QuickBooks
customer list and click the Add New Transact Customer button. Account information is
automatically added.
Add New QuickBooks Customer
To add a Transact customer to QuickBooks, select a customer from the Transact
customer list and click the Add New QuickBooks Customer button. Account information
is automatically added.
