Receipts and Payments
Receipt Screen (Receivables)
This screen is used to record a customer payment (receipt) and distribute it to one or more
unpaid invoices. If there are no unpaid invoices or you decide not to distribute the
payment, the amount received will appear as undistributed in the invoice list (Invoice /
Ticket column will equal "Rcpt / rcpt#" and the amount due will be negative).
Payment can also be distributed to an undistributed reverse receipt. These are designated
with "RevRcpt / rcpt#" in the Invoice / Ticket column.
