Notice how the settings print out is listed in 3 columns. The first column designates the
Group. The second column designates the Item in the Group. The third column
designates the Setting of the Item. Use the buttons designated as Group, Item, and Set to
modify the printer settings.
Group
Cycles through the various groups in the menu (i.e. Font, Rear
Feed, Serial I/F, etc...)
Item
Cycles through a Group’s items (i.e. Emulation Mode, Form Tear
Off, Parity, Protocol, etc...)
Set
Cycles through an Item’s Settings (i.e. 8 Bits, 7 Bits, etc...)
Prints the current Settings for all Items in all Groups
For example, to turn the Form Tear Off setting on for rear feed paper control, press the
Group button until Rear Feed appears in the first column. Press the Items button until
Form Tear Off appears in the Items column. Finally press the Set button until 500ns
appears. Exit the menu setup.
