B/IPMI. This is the only way to modify it.

Shelf alarm LEDs

Centellis 2000 R3.0
The shelf alarm LEDs are controlled through the LED controls which
are attached to the HPI-B shelf resource.
Centellis 4411
The shelf alarm LEDs are located on the Alarm Display Panel at the
front of the shelf and are controlled by the Minor Alarm, Major Alarm,
and Critical Alarm controls associated with the shelf manager
resources.
