CHAPTER 9 8-BIT TIMER/EVENT COUNTERS 1 AND 2
(2) 8-bit timer mode control register 1 (TMC1)
This register enables/stops operation of 8-bit timer registers 1 and 2 and sets the operating mode of 8-bit
timer register 2.
TMC1 is set with a 1-bit or 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
RESET input sets TMC1 to 00H.

Cautions 1. Stop the timer operation before switching the operating mode.
2. When used as 16-bit timer register, TCE1 should be used for operation enable/stop.
