"Delete Pers. Code" using the
number keys.

to delete using the number keys.

which codes have been already
programmed.

Press [Yes] .
If you press [No] , the Personal
Code is not deleted and the display
shown in step 7 appears again.

The Personal Code is deleted.

Personal Code Access
The machine can be set up so that us-
ers cannot use it without entering a
registered Personal Code. This pre-
vents an unauthorized person from
sending a fax message and helps
track the activity of each user.

Make sure that the machine is in
Facsimile mode and the standby
display is shown.
