Function To set white balance manual mode.

Reference •To set white balance by using White Balance Value Assignment command.
•Possible to move only to normal mode from this mode.
•To return notification at the moment of setting command termination
notification ON, when operation terminates. But not return notification in
case of not changing to normal mode by executing Auto White Balance
Normal command during operation.
