Function To control LED forcibly.

Reference •LED normal display comes out by default at the moment of power ON.
•The followings settings available by parameter.
Parameter Value 1h: Green LED forced ON
2h: All LED forced OFF
3h: Red LED forced ON
4h: Orange LED forced ON
