8.1 LED status displays

8 Diagnostics
For fault diagnostics, the communication module is provided with the LEDs on the front.
Furthermore, you can carry out a comprehensive diagnostics of the entire POWERLINK network
using the »Engineer«.
8.1 LED status displays
The following status displays are distinguished:
• Module status displays ( 46)
• Fieldbus status displays ( 47)
• Status displays at the RJ45 sockets (X251, X252) ( 48)

Note!
LED status displays for trouble-free operation:
• The LEDs MS ( 46) and BS ( 47) are permanently lit.
• The green LED at the RJ45 sockets X251 and X252 is permanently lit or blinking ( 48) .
