Important: After you have accepted an equation, the label EQ x (where x
is equal to the number of the equation within the step) appears on the Step
Edit screen.
7. Press [ESC] to return to the Equation List screen.
On the Equation List screen, it is possible to view your equation in two
different forms:
Abbreviated form — shows the input numbers and operands.
For example: 0&1&2
Expanded form — uses input address comments. For example:
Start/Stop = 1 AND All Sta.s Returned = 1 AND Start Auto = 1
You can use the [F9] - Toggle Equatn key from the Equation List or
Equation Zoom screens to view the different forms of your equation.
8. Press [ESC] again and the system returns you to the Edit Step screen.
Once you have configured all of your steps, you can save and exit the SDS
instruction.
To save the SDS instruction:
1. Press [ESC] .
The system displays the Step Directory.
2. Press [F10] - Accept Edits .
The system prompts you to confirm your decision.
3. Press [F8] - Yes .
If your configuration is correct, the system returns to the Step Directory.
Continue with Step 4.
