CLI Script for Receiving Time from an SNTP Server
The following is a sample script that configures receiving system time from an
SNTP server.
console# configure
console(config)# sntp client enable gi0/1
console# exit
console# configure
console(config)# interface gi0/1
console(config-if)# sntp client enable
console# show sntp configuration
SNTP port: 123.
Polling interval: 1024 seconds.
No MD5 authentication keys.
Authentication is not required for synchronization.
No trusted keys.
Unicast Clients: Disabled
Unicast Clients Polling: Disabled
Server Polling Encryption Key
