Enables the Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) snooping for a specific VLAN interface.
Synopsis
ip igmp snooping enable
no ip igmp snooping enable

Defaults
When snooping is enabled globally, IGMP snooping enabled on all VLAN interfaces.

Description
Use this command to enable or disable the Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) snooping
on a specific VLAN interface.
Usage
Guidelines
This command performs IGMP snooping at the VLAN interface level.
Examples
To enable igmp for a specific VLAN interface, enter Interface VLAN mode and execute the following
command:
switch(conf-if-vl-1)#ip igmp snooping enable
