Timing Chart
The timing charts in the normal measurement and in the profile data output are as follows.
Normal/Auto peak hold/Auto bottom hold/Auto peak-to-peak hold
• The minimum input time (T1), sampling cycle (T2), scanning change time (T3), RESET time (T4), and
update cycle (T5) vary according to the settings.
Refer to "Timing Details" (page 7-13) for details.
• T3 is required only when the scanning setting is to be changed.
• Stability output is always output in a sampling cycle (T2).
Peak hold/Bottom hold/peak-to-peak hold/average hold/sample hold
• The minimum input time (T1), sampling cycle (T2), scanning change time (T3), and RESET time(T4) vary
according to the settings.

• With RESET input, the internal measured value is fixed after the RESET time has elapsed.
• T3 is required only when the scanning setting is to be changed.
• STABILITY output is always output in a sampling cycle (T2).
