When the profile output in the profile mode is ON, the profile waveform data and the light intensity waveform
data are output from the analog and binary outputs.

Timing chart when the profile waveform is output
• The scaling of the analog voltage output is as follows.
The profile waveform reflects the OUT 1 analog scaling.
The light intensity waveform reflects the OUT 1 analog scaling. The light intensity is scaled and output as a
measured value ranging from 0 to 255.
• Synchronize the binary data with the OUT STB signal to import.
Refer to "Light Intensity Screen" (page 4-8) for how to output the light intensity data.
• The data for analog output or binary output are not updated during the profile waveform is output from the
RS-232C interface.
• The BIN STB cycle (point data update cycle) (T1), a sampling cycle (T2), a profile output time (T6), and
number of profile point data (N) vary according to the settings.
