Outputting Measured Values and Changing Settings by Using Commands
Profile waveform data output
Outputs all the point data of the profile waveform. The position and the light intensity can also be output.
Timing ON/OFF
Turns ON or OFF the TIMING input. Functions both for OUT1 and OUT2.
RESET
Resets the measured value. Functions both for OUT1 and OUT2.
