Select this option to examine the data in any file currently stored in flash disk memory. The
following prompt will appear.

Enter file number to VIEW (1):

Input the number of the file you wish to view and press Enter. Next, you are asked for the start
date and time and the stop date and time. Input any segment of time which falls between the begin
and end dates and times on the file list displayed on the screen.

Selection of this option allows you to view an entire data file, or a portion of a file, on the computer
screen.

NOTE: If the dates or times you input do not fall within the begin and end times of the file you
have selected, no data will be displayed.

NOTE: The Pause/Break key can be used to stop the scrolling at any time during the scrolling
process. The Enter key is used to resume scrolling. Pressing the Esc key during the scrolling
process will give the user the option to abort the view.

Select this option to view, on the computer screen, the last page of data from the last data file in
flash disk memory. The feature is particularly useful in quickly reviewing recently acquired data at
field sites so that system performance can be assessed

Select this option to remove any designated file from the list of files in the directory.

NOTE: This procedure only clears the directory listing and does NOT provide extra storage
capacity.

Select this option to IRREVERSIBLY remove all files from the flash disk. It is critical not to use the
Format Flash Disk command until all relevant data has been transferred to your computer via an
upload option (see previous upload information in this section). You will need to format the flask
disk periodically in order to clear space for new files.

NOTE: Use caution when choosing the Format Flash Disk option, since all data will be lost once
the procedure has begun. However, calibration and setup information will not be erased.
