Protection

Motor coasts to a stop after 60 seconds at 150% of
rated output

Overvoltage

Motor coasts to a stop if Smart Trac AC1 DC bus
voltage exceeds 400 VDC (230V unit), 800 VDC (460V
unit), or 1050 VDC (600V unit).

Undervoltage

Motor coasts to a stop if Smart Trac AC1 DC bus
voltage exceeds 400 VDC (230V unit), 800 VDC (460V
unit), or 1050 VDC (600V unit).

Momentary
Power Failure

Factory setting provides for motor to coast to a stop
after momentary power failure of more than 15 ms. Can
be reprogrammed to allow continuous operation (ride-
through) during power failure of up to 2 seconds or
longer.

Heatsink
Overheat

Thermistor

Stall Prevention Stall prevention at acceleration/deceleration and

constant speed operation.

Ground Fault

Provided by electrical circuit.

Power Charge
Indication

"CHARGE" lamp remains lit until bus voltage drops
