Reaction to incorrect parameters or incorrect syntax
Normally incorrect parameters n, n1, etc. are automatically replaced by the re-
spective default value (for example, if the specified value range is exceeded).
Commands with parameters which are within the specified value range, but inf-
ringe on the set conditions, are ignored (for example, if horizontal absolute posi-
tioning is attempted outside the possible print area).
Exceptions to these rules are specified separately with the corresponding com-
mand description, if necessary.
An exact description of the printable areas and the definition of horizon-
tal and vertical positions is contained in the section “Notes for document
processing” in the chapter “Additional commands”.
