STX KQ Query Memory Configuration

This command causes the printer to transmit, in a model-dependent format, its DRAM memory
configuration (i.e., total amount installed, amount available for configuration, and amount currently
assigned to specific functions or entities) to the host device.

Syntax:

Where:

- ASCII Carriage Return (0x0D) record delimiter.

- ASCII string sequence that represents the firmware version

number string.

- The number of 4KB blocks of DRAM memory.

- The number of 4KB blocks of DRAM available for

configuration.

X:

- ASCII character identifying a DRAM module followed by an

ASCII colon (:). If no Internal Module is present, this field
and its associated legend will not appear.

xxxx

- The number of 4KB blocks of DRAM allocated as an

Internal Module.

ssss

- The number of 4KB blocks of DRAM assigned to the

smooth scalable font processor cache.

LLLL

- The number of 4KB blocks of DRAM assigned to label print

buffer.

wwww

- Current maximum printable label width (in 100

ths

of an inch

or millimeters).

gggg

- Current printable length (in 100

ths

of an inch or millimeters),

200 min. / 640 max.

oo

- Current label dimension unit’s designation: “IN” for inches

or “MM” for millimeters.
