Restoring Account Status

If users attempt to log in unsuccessfully more than the number of times allowed, they will be
locked out. In the User list, click the user ID, then click Edit User. Clear the Account status:
Locked
check box, then click Save.

Create User Account Window

Admin > User Setup > Create User Account

Use this tab to set the options for a new user. Any user with access to this tab can assign
rights to any and all groups.

This tab contains the following:

User ID- Type a User ID in this box. The User ID is not case-sensitive. You can change the

required number of characters on the User Setup tab. Once you create and delete a User
ID, you cannot use that User ID again in the future.

User - Type the user's name.

Account Status check box - Select this check box to lock the amount. Clear this check

box to unlock the account. When an account is locked, the check box is selected.

Group Profile list - Select:

Administrator

Supervisor

Service
