Fuse and Circuit Breaker Ratings

The tables on the following pages provide recommended AC line input fuse and
circuit breaker information. See Fusing and Circuit Breakers on the next page for
UL and IEC requirements. Sizes listed are the recommended sizes based on 40 °C
(104 °F) and the U.S. NEC. Other country, state, or local codes can require
different ratings. DC link fuse recommendations for DC input drives are also
provided. In addition, Frame 8 and larger drives include AC line fuses (with
blown fuse indicators) to provide drive short circuit protection.
