7 Press the Enter key.
8 Use the numeric keys on the keypad to enter the new copy
limit for that department code.
The copy limit can be set to any 1 page increment between
1 and 999,999.
NOTE
Enter “0” if you want to enable unlimited copying under that
department code.
9 Press the Enter key.
The display will return to the screen in step 6.
NOTE
If you want to change the copy limit for another department code,
repeat steps 6 through 9.
10 Press the Stop/Clear key.
The message display will return to the screen in step 4.
11 Use the M cursor key to select “z End” and then press the
Enter key.
The message display will return to the screen in step 2.

12 Use the M cursor key to select “z End” once again and then
press the Enter key.
The message display will return to the “Ready to copy.”
