storage systems

There are no limitations on the combinations of XP24000 Disk Array and XP12000/XP10000
Disk Array secondary storage systems. However, note that the specifications for the extended
consistency groups differ depending on whether the supervisor DKC is an XP24000/XP20000
Disk Array or an XP12000/XP10000 Disk Array. The specifications for the extended
consistency group when an XP12000/XP10000 Disk Array is connected is described below.

When the supervisor DKC is an XP24000/XP20000 Disk Array and the subordinate
DKCs are XP12000/XP10000 Disk Arrays

There are no limitations for the use of extended consistency groups when the supervisor
DKC is an XP24000/XP20000 Disk Array and the subordinate DKCs are
XP12000/XP10000 Disk Arrays. All journal groups in an XP24000/XP2000 Disk Array
and an XP12000/XP10000 Disk Array can be specified as extended consistency groups.
