Replacing Pilot Valves

Use small screw driver to loosen the screw holding the valve. You must back the
screw all the way out until you feel it “jumping” in the thread entrance.

Push down on the LEDs while pressing the screw down until you feel the locking
mechanism “snap”.

Lift the old valve out from the coil side. If the valve does not come off, repeat steps 3
and 4 making sure the screw is completely backed out.

Push the screw in while inserting the new valve. Insert the end facing the screw first
and then push the coil side down.

Tighten the screw.

Replace the cover.
