12.7.5.2 Show/Update Current Peaks
The second option on the Peaks submenu is Show/Update Current Peaks. When
the base points have been edited (see
section 12.7.5.3, Edit Base Points, on page
), Show/Update Current Peaks will recalculate the scan range, peak
response, area and percent area utilizing the new base points.

Right-click in the chromatogram. Select Peaks and then, Show/Update
Current Peaks. Refer to

12.7.5.3 Edit Base Points
The third option on the Peaks submenu is Edit Base Points. Editing the base
points will change the area of integration. Each purple dot on the chromatogram
signifies a base point. Follow the instructions below to edit base points.
