Run Method
13.1 Run Method Procedure
The CMS5000 can be operated from the PC using CMS IQ. To run a method, use
the following procedure.
1 Open CMS IQ software by double-clicking the CMS IQ icon. See Figure 13-1 .

2 Double-click on the Run Method icon. See Figure 13-2 .

3 Click on the appropriate method file (i.e., CMS5000 Water Purge) and click
OK. See
