8 Click the Browse button under Data Files. See Figure 16-6 .

9 Highlight the data file of the standard with the highest concentration and click
OK. This data file will be used to create the library template. See
Figure 16-7 .
NOTE: The file selected below is for example only.

NOTE: The best practice for calibration library development is to build the
template using a standard with a high concentration. Low
concentration standards may have insufficient peak areas that cannot
be detected with current search settings.
