9 When the desired amount of retention time has been entered, press Enter on
the laptop.

14.3 Chromatogram Subtract
This function subtracts the peak area of one data file from the peak area in a
second data file. Follow the procedure below to utilize Chromatogram Subtract.
1 Follow steps 1-6 in section 14.2, Chromatogram Overlay, on page 14-1 .
2 Right-click in the chromatogram to display the drop down menu with the Select
Chro to Subtract option. See
Figure 14-9 .
