Description

1

0 - 2

Operating status of

PLC processor

For the 1770ĆKF2, this byte is always 0. For other modules:

0 = Program load mode

1 = Test mode

2 = Run mode

3 = (not used)

4 = Remote Program load

5 = Remote test

3

0 = normal communication; 1 = No communication with PLC

processor

4

0 = Normal; 1 = Download or upload mode

5

0 = Normal; 1 = Format error in communication zone of PLC

program

6 - 7

always zero

Type of interface module and processor

0 = 1771ĆKC,ĆKD module

1 = 1771ĆKA2 or (1771ĆKA) module

2 = 1771ĆKA4 module

3 = 1771ĆKE,ĆKF or 1770ĆKF2 module

4 = 1771ĆKG module

5 = 1771ĆKGM module

4 - 7

0 = PLC processor

1 = PLCĆ2 processor

2 = PLCĆ2/20 (LP1) Processor

3 = MiniĆPLCĆ2 processor

5 = PLCĆ2/20 (LP2) processor

6 = PLCĆ2/02, 2/15,Ć2/16, or Ć2/17 processor

7 = PLCĆ2/30 processor

F = computer

3 - 4

all

Octal address of the start of the

PLC program.

For the 1770ĆKF2, these bytes are

always 0.

The ladder logic starts at the end of the data table.

To find the physical end of PLCĆ2 memory, look for FFFF

after the address in bytes 3 and 4. The FFFF must appear at

a 1/2 Kbyte junction.

5 - 6

all

Memory size

Size of memory (in number of bytes) for 1774ĆPLC processor;

zero for all other processors.

7 - 8

all

Diagnostic address

Starting byte address of diagnostic counters and timers.
