Use the Printer Port test to verify the operation of the printer port
The test requires a loopback connector. You can construct a simple loopback
connector as follows:

To test the printer port:
1. Use the [NEXT] or [PREV] keys to display Printer Port on the
test selection screen.

2. Press [ ] to initiate the test.
The DTAM Plus will continuously send out and receive a message at the
same port. The message is DTAM Plus self looping serial test

3. Press any key to terminate the test.
The next test selection screen is displayed.

4. To terminate the test function , press the [NEXT] or [PREV] keys to
display Reset DUT in the test selection area. Press [ ] to reset the
DTAM Plus.
