Set whether the display value increases or decreases when the object approaches the
sensor head.
Set the measurement sampling rate.
Normally the default value is used, but to sample at a faster rate, set a fast rate, and if the
incoming light amount is low, set a slower rate.
* As for dEFLt, IL-S025/IL-030/IL-S065/IL-065/IL-100 is 1ms, IL-300/IL-600 is 2 ms, and IL-2000
is 5 ms.
