• If the wireless connection is slow or your projected image contains noise, check for interference from

other equipment, such as a Bluetooth device or microwave. Move the interfering device farther away
or expand your wireless bandwidth.

• If the connection speed declines, reduce the number of connected devices.

• If you are using Epson iProjection, you can try adjusting the iProjection settings. See the

Epson

iProjection Operation Guide

for more information.

Solutions to External Sensor Device Problems

If the external sensor device connected to the projector does not work, try the following solutions:

• Check the

DC Out (2.0A)/GPI In Settings

setting in the projector's Extended menu.

• Check that the connection with the external sensor device and the signal from the device is correct.

for details (available only in English).

• Check that the cable or lead connecting the external sensor device is not damaged.

• Make sure you are using the external sensor device as instructed in the manual supplied with the

device.

To use the Epson PrivateLine Support service, call (800) 637-7661. This service is available for the
duration of your warranty period. You may also speak with a projector support specialist by dialing (562)
276-4394 (U.S.) or (905) 709-3839 (Canada).

Support hours are 6 AM to 8 PM, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday and 7 AM to 4 PM, Pacific Time,
Saturday.
